When you book a call, submit a form, or email us, we collect what you provide directly: your name, email address, business name and any details about your business you choose to share. We also collect standard technical data (browser type, pages visited, approximate location from IP) through website analytics.
2. How we use it
We use the information you provide to respond to enquiries, schedule and prepare for calls, deliver services if you become a client, process partner commission payments, and send occasional updates related to work in progress. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Third-party tools
We use Calendly to manage bookings and standard web analytics to understand site usage. These providers may process limited data (such as your email or IP address) under their own privacy policies.
4. Data retention
We keep client and partner records for as long as the relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting and legal purposes. Enquiry data from people who don't become clients is deleted or anonymized after a reasonable period of inactivity.
5. Your rights
