Terms of Service

1. Services

Local Rank Forge provides local SEO services, including Google Business Profile management, citation management, audits, and rank tracking, for agencies and business owners. The exact scope, cadence and pricing for any engagement are set out in a written scope sent after an initial call.

2. Engagements and payment

Engagements run on a minimum three-month initial period unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are billed monthly and are due on the schedule stated in your written scope. Late or failed payment may result in a pause of services.

3. Sales Partner Program

Approved partners earn a flat 20% commission on payments actually received from a client they referred, for as long as that client remains active with us, with no cap on earnings or number of referrals. Commission is paid monthly, after the referred client's payment has cleared, by a mutually agreed method. Commission does not accrue on discounts, refunds, or amounts we do not collect. We may end a partner's participation for fraudulent, misleading, or abusive referral practices, in which case unpaid commission on legitimate prior referrals is still honored.

4. Cancellation

Either party may cancel an ongoing engagement with written notice as specified in the written scope. Fees for work already performed are non-refundable.

5. No ranking guarantees

Search rankings are set by Google and other platforms, not by us. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes; our reporting shows the work performed and the results observed.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the engagement in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; changes take effect once posted here. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
